Insurance Estimates
We’ve partnered with Initio to add yet another estimate to our home expenses section. Traditionally getting an instant estimate of how much it could cost to insure your home has been near impossible. Not anymore. Available on almost every residential property on homes.co.nz is an instant, free and customisable insurance estimate.
3-year HomesEstimate history
The property market has been on fire for the past few years. If you bought a house 3 years ago you might be surprised to know what it was worth back then. You can now see what your HomesEstimate was up to 3-years ago by viewing 1, 2 or 3 years worth of history on the HomesEstimate Graph.

We want to make it easier to help you connect with and find the best Real Estate agents. Now you can easily browse through agent listings and sales with our upgrade to the agent profile layout. We have also improved the map to show all of the agents previous sales so you can see where they have sold properties around your neighbourhood.
