Win one of three $100 Prezzy cards survey giveaway terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms & conditions: Win one of three $100 Prezzy cards is run by Trade Me Limited (“homes.co.nz”). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. Trade Me reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without notice to you.
2. Eligibility: Entry is only open to: New Zealand residents, 18 years and over, who complete the survey from 26/05/22 – 31/05/22. Directors and employees of Trade Me, its related bodies corporate and any agencies or companies associated with Trade Me or the Giveaway are also not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter: To enter to win, you must complete the survey before 31 May 2022 11:59pm (NZST).
4. Prize: There will be three winners (“Winner”) who will receive a $100 Pezzy card sent to their nominated email address or a physical version to their address.
5. Winner notification and announcement: homes.co.nz will select the winner and will notify them by emailing them on the email the user provided when completing the survey. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if the initial winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Publicity: Entrants agree that their name and a description of their prize may be published on homes.co.nz social media, within email marketing or on homes.co.nz websites.
7. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any prize winner resulting from their use of the prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the prize.
8. Privacy Act: Trade Me will collect and hold personal information such as name and email address in order to notify you if you win, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Facebook: The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any liability associated with the Giveaway or the Prize.
